Phelan | Kinsman, IL United States | 08/19/2009 (5 out of 5 stars) "I had never seen or heard Miles Nielsen before last weekend when I saw him play live at FarmFest450. It was really quite a revelation, and I immediately bought this album. I haven't been disappointed. I've listened to it non-stop for the last several days, and can't get some of these songs out of my head. I think it's a sign of a really good album when all the songs sound like I've known them forever, but they're all fresh. It's hard to classify what kind of music this is because I don't really consider it 'pop.' It might remind you a little of The Beatles, Tom Petty, David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust, or Gram Parsons, but he manages to create his own unique sound."
