MIDNIGHT RIDER is a German classic heavy metal/hard rock band, formed in Koblenz in 2004 by guitarist and main songwriter Blumi. The first MIDNIGHT RIDER line-up featured musicians both from Germany and Japan, and consisted of vocalist Wayne (ex-British Steel), guitarists Blumi (Metal Inquisitor, Metalucifer) and Samm (Magnesium, ex-Sabbat), bassist Cliff (Metal Inquisitor, Deathfist, Metalucifer) and drummer Kenji (Gorgon). Since 2015, MIDNIGHT RIDER features a new and all-German line-up. After the release of their self-titled 12 EP in 2008, the band quickly made itself a name in the underground scene all around the globe. MIDNIGHT RIDER is now going to release its long-awaited debut album Manifestation in late April 2017 on Massacre Records.
