Why isn't there more in print from this genius?

"Buy everything you can from this man. Mickey's guitar genius is eclipsed by no one. Each song is brilliant. He was playing the best instrumental guitar rock in the 50s but received no accolades in the US. I believe he was more than a little disappointed with the US scene (brilliant black musician in America in the 50s. Pat Boone was the one making money. I'd leave too.) and fled to France.He virtually invented instrumental guitar rock and was the best. What more can be said?"
