"This album is Ok but would have been great if they put "Popcorn" on it. It was in the movie-alotta people like it-wheres it on the soundtrack? Anyone who buys this has to get "Popcorn" by Hot Butter to truly complete the soundtrack.P.S. "Popcorn" is availible on the interent almost anywhere"

Some notable tracks are - JOY TO THE WORLD (1971) Three Dog Night - DRIFT AWAY (1973)Dobie Gray - NEITHER ONE OF US (WANTS TO BE THE FIRST TO SAY GOODBYE) (1973) Gladys Knight & The Pips all of which are timeless. Other flashbacks are - IN THE SUMMERTIME (1970) Mungo Jerry - JACKIE BLUE (1974) Ozark Mountain Daredevils - ONLY YOU KNOW AND I KNOW (1970) Dave Mason - INDIANA WANTS ME (1970) R.Dean Taylor all bring back wonderful memories when it topped the charts for Motown. A stand out - SUCKER (1999) Tree Adams tells us to sit back and have a good laugh, because you're just another sucker. Highlight is - BLUE PLATE SPECIAL (1999) another Tree Adams with harmonica and guitar playing, his baby smiles at him and completely knocks him off his feet.Total Time: 54:53 on 16 Tracks/ Hip-O Records - 314 541 311 2 (2000)"

"I just saw the movie, and though *that* was amusing weirdness in itself, I knew less than 30 minutes into it that I simply had to buy this soundtrack. All of the great 70s songs are on it -- it's a great background CD or just something to throw in when you want to sing along real loud. Just wish Yugos had a theme song to add along ...."
Pure Enjoyment

"This cd is wonderful. From the wispful and fulffy-airy drum beats of Three Dog Night to the super chill piano groove of Mungo Jerry's In THe SUmmertime. If I broke this cd, I'd buy two more. One to play in my cd player and the other to keep under my pillow for safe keeping."
