"If you hear this cd for the first time you will notice that it's different then other Michael Rose albums. The sound is modern and it gives you a more 'dubby' feeling. I really like the horn and the guitar on the music. Recommended!"
This is a great album!

"This album is varied and includes some very original new tunes. 'Momento' is an uplifting and upbeat raggaton track while 'Letter to Myself' is one of the most beautiful songs I have heard Michael Rose sing. This track is almost like a soul tune. 'Mama Africa' is a haunting and sparse nyabinghi anthem and many of the other tracks are heavy roots tunes. The album is an interesting mix of styles and also a nice mix of digital and live instruments. I have no hesitation recommending this album and the Dub version of the album (Dub Expectations). Enjoy!"
