"An excellent album featuring amazing work from two of jazz's most underrated artists, Michael Musillami and Thomas Chapin. This is my favorite of Musillami's albums, and the chemistry between the musicians is evident throughout. Chapin's blistering solo in the title track sears with melodic tension and is evidence of the late Chapin's brilliance in creating his own particular voice and style . Musillami's tasteful tone rings throughout, displaying his virtiousity and monster chops. Musillami's compositions display original songwritng that combines intricate melodies with an orginal style. This album is a must have!"
