"Though little is known of Michael Lington among smooth jazz fans, this cd can be compared with any of the works by renowned artists like Dave Sanborn, Koz, Boney James and Chris Boti. Try the cd and you will like every song on it especially "The Morning After", "l Sing My Song" and his collaboration with Bobby Caldwell on "Tell it like it is". l bought the cd on experimental basis and l've never looked back."

"My local smooth jazz station added HARLEM NOCTURNE to its playlist recently and I had to get my hands on a copy of this CD, not realizing it was out of print. The whole album is fantastic. Michael Lington has a really reedy, rich tone to his sax that I love. It is very distinct, unlike a lot of the other current crop of sax players who all seem to meld together and are difficult to distinguish.I haven't taken this off my CD deck yet and definitely will add more of his works to my collection."
