"In 1927 Fritz Lang released a movie that, though it was panned by the critics at the time, went on to be considered one of the greatest works of cinematic art ever produced. In 1984, Italian sing/songwriter Giorgio Moroder released his own restored version of the movie, complete with a new rock-and-roll soundtrack. The soundtrack was great, featuring such artists as Freddie Mercury, Pat Benatar, Adam Ant and other 80s favorites; it really gave more power to the movie than the old orchestral soundtrack did.
I really enjoyed this soundtrack - it has some really great music on it! Personally, I think that Bonnie Tyler, Freddie Mercury and Pat Benatar's contributions are the best on the CD, but all of the tracks are really worth listening to. I loved the movie, and I love the soundtrack - and, I highly recommend it to all!"
Love this!

"I love this movie. In my sociology class our teacher played it and explained the symbolism in it. While the film is great that is not what made me love it. The soundtrack is. I could not stop tapping my feet to this and I found myself thinking about looking up the soundtrack when I got home. If you like 80's music you will love this soundtrack. I'm so glad amazon has it."

"A fantastic, little known 80's albums. Almost every song is a gem, with Giorgio's computer-techno sound all over. I recommend if you liked the soundtracks to "Flashdance," "Cat People," and "The Neverending Story.""
