"Wow. This Mest album is the best one so far. Don't get me wrong, the other ones were great too but this one.. is just better. The lyrics are awsome, the songs are awsome, & musically- its awsome. Mest are really talented & this album just proves how talented they really are. Also..... this cd is enhanced so when you put it into your computer you get to go to an exclusive site & see behind the scene footage of the making of the record. That's great cause it gives you a little background info of how mest started & where they came from and stuff. Also it shows them actin crazy which is always good. SOoo all in all this cd was worth getting so if You haven't gotten it yet i suggest you do so."

"Mest has changed a little on this, their third full length album, but change is necessary. If everythings always sounded identical things would get very boring. So although the change is apparent, this is still a great album and very deserving of being added to any cd collection.
The theme of this album is more serious than their previous albums and that can be seen on tracks like "Jaded", "Shell Of Myself", "Lost, Broken, Confused" and "Chance Of A Lifetime". These songs are slower than what we're used to from Mest and the lyrics go a little deeper. However, Mest has not abandoned their fun loving, fast-paced light hearted songs. Examples of these are "Until I Met You", "Rooftops", "Walking On Broken Glass", "2000 Miles" and "Paradise".
The band shows some maturity on this album but they still know how to have fun and the combination results in a more diverse cd. I definately can relate to a lot of the songs on this album and love listening to it in any mood I may be in.
If you liked Mest's last albums or if you haven't heard them yet, give this cd a chance. I highly recommend it!"
There's a lot more than jaded on this cd

"ok, every good charlotte loving teenie goes on and on about how awsome benji madden is on the first single, jaded. umm, last time i checked, there was more than one track on this. the appearence of benji on jaded overshadows the other amazing tracks on this, like "return to self loathing" "paradise (122 w. highland street)" "your promise" "burning bridges" and "chance in your lifetime". mest changed a lot in 2 years, and that's just fine. wasting time and destination unknown are awsome, and what's actually interesting is that they arn't that much more mature on this one. sure, the lyrical content has made the jump from life and trying to get a girl to life and getting over a girl, and the songwriting got darked and more metaphorical, but altogether, this is just as good as any other mest album. "Mest" up reflections on life in general

"Forgive the title, I'm trying to be clever. This is definately a CD worth looking into. But if you've listened to the last 2 CDs it may not be what you're expecting either. "Wasting Time" sounded more like earlier Green Day stuff and had a playful edge to it that I liked. I didn't care for "Destination Unknown" too much. It had a couple of good songs on it, but had so much sugary pop-punk on it that it was hard to tolerate listening to it for any length of time.
On this CD, the band seems to have done some soul searching and reflecting on their lives over the past few years, and the songs on this CD reflect that. They're well written, catchy tunes with genuine emotion, but many times time slow and thoughful (which is a fairly big change from the care-free tone of their past endevors.) "Jaded", "Chance of A Lifetime", and "Rooftops" are songs that standout. Buy this, it's a great CD from a talented band. I just hope they cheer up for their next CD."
