"I got this cd and I listen to it. Mostly I put it on repeat so when I fell asleep, it would sink in some how... But.. it didn't.. It says right at the beginning of the cd that if your not ready to quit smoking, this cd will not help..
So if you are not ready to quit, don't get this cd.. Don't waste your money on hoping it will work.. If your ready to quit, it might help but I can't really tell you that from experience. I can tell you that it's good for relaxing.."
