Long time waiting

"I have been listening to Melissa since 1998 and have found her music always touches my soul. If you are looking to sing along with the standards, you have chosen the wrong album. Her take on previously recorded songs are fresh and mild. There are no weak links in her sidemen and the creativity of the solos and arrangements are excellent. My favorite spots are the bass solo in I'M WITH YOU NOW as well as the intro to IF YOU COULD LOVE ME. The emotion of FORGET ME is real and my favorite today of her vocal performances. That is apt to change as I always find hidden gems the more I listen to her. Thank you Melissa for your gift to our ears!"
