"This album contains several love songs which are average in rhythm, and vocals. I did not really like them that much, except for "VOLVERAS A MI." But the guys can sing. The best song on the Cd is "VOLVERAS A MI". This song is the only one on the Cd that is very good.It is a fast rhythmic pop song where Abels voice sounds fantastic. Their is a music video to this song, and it is very nice [the music video]. if your into love songs, buy this album, but if you like fast funky/rhythm pop songs i dont recommend this album."

"MDO's self titled CD MDO is absolutely the bomb. It is a combination of all sort of Latin rhythms mixed with pop, house, techno, and rock. Once you hear it you'll realize that you've already heard a few of the songs including the pop smash "No Puedo Olvidarme de Ti" sung by Daniel, the techno influenced "Volveras a mi" by Abel, and the ballad "Ay Amor" which is sung solely by Alex and has no group chorus, which were all hits in many Latin American countries. You might also recognize the song "Subete A Mi Moto" an old MENUDO hit (MDO is the new Menudo) but only the words and basic melody. MDO takes the classic to a new level by adding techno, electric guitar, and funky keyboard playing, along with a hilarious "Here we go" intro. The CD has a good mix of danceable songs ("Volveras A Mi" really works up a sweat!), and ballads including, the so-so "Asi No Mas". Overall this CD is GREAT. A must-buy!! If you don't get this CD you'll miss out on a lot of great music (not to mention the great pix of the 5 hot guys who sing it!). Also, watch out for their new ENGLISH language album coming January '99 and Daniel Weider's (former MDO, sings tracks 1 and 7 on this CD) Solo Album coming February '99."

"I have to say that I truely enjoyed this CD. I was skeptical at first because I expected it to be another "bubble gum" mainstream CD, but was very surprised at the unique style of music the CD sets off. Each song has it's own unique flavor. I may sound particial, but I love this type of music and really like the group MDO. They were formerly known as Menudo. The spanish teen idols of the 80's. And MDO is definatly in the 90's now along with other teen groups like BackStreet Boys and N'sync. The songs are very catchy and I recommend others to check it out. So if you love catchy spanish rythms and a few lovely ballads, check out this CD."
