4 stars is probably a little generous

(4 out of 5 stars)
"The reason I say that 4 stars is generous is because this mix is clouded with vocal tracks. Everyone likes vocal tracks but not to this extreme. The end of the album turns into a vocal collage. When mixing an album a key to it is to place the vocal tracks so that they have the most impact on the listener, when a listener hears 3, 4, 5 vocal tracks in a row they grow immune to the surprise of them even coming and they lose validity. Although the setlist is great, and there are some great instrumentals in the beginning this is by far the worst release to date by Max Graham who has seem to go pop on us. Although his mix of Yes's Owner of a Lonely Heart with alltime great trance song by Protegy "Smack my Bitch UP" is a superb single this mix is smothered in mixing errors. Max Graham also brought back his great single "I know your gone" which is a great song, but anybody who has heard Armin V. B. or Markus Schulz has already heard this version and might find it kind of bland. The best song I thought was Steve Lawler's mix of Bomb Dogs "I can't expain" which is great because of the awesome drums that only Steve can bring to the table. The intro was also interesting and had me thinking this mix was going to be alot different then it was, but as you will see he quickly goes away from this sound (sounds like a film noir, very creepy). Well to the best of my knowledge that is what I heard from this album. Just trying to put a review out there, and know that Max Graham will rebound from this set, he is very talented and one of the top 10 djs."
