"true the songs are few, but what are there are "chop" full of "good"ness, get it? Anyway this one is really good. The only set back might be the lack of songs consitering that 2 of them are on thier previous album l.o.t.g.a (also great) but the song raygun is worth the money by it's self. I say buy it, so go, now!"
A nice little gem

"Even though this album only has 5 songs, it should get some consideration. I don't blame people for overlooking this at first. Hell. I did at first also. Then I realized was much I enjoyed it. "Havn't Slept In Years" and "Alabma Motel Room" are two of my favorite songs off "Last Of The Ghetto Astronauts". I also got 3 non-album tracks with "Generation X-Wing", "Raygun" and "So Long Mr.Smith". "Generation X-Wing" and "Raygun" are geat songs (love the angstful teenager StarWars fan theme)But it was "So Long Mr.Smith" that I found to be the staple of the CD. It's just such a beautiful little song about longing to move on in life. I feel in love with it rather easily. If your a MGB fan you should definitely check this out. But I would rather hunt down a copy of "loser Anthems"."
SHOOT ME WITH YOUR "RAYGUN"

"This CD may appear to appeal only to the most die-hard MGB fans - there are only five songs and one of them, "Haven't Slept in Years" is a re-recording of a song from "Last of the Ghetto Astronauts", while another one "Alabama Motel Room" is lifted directly from the "...Astronauts" album. And yet, this short CD has two of the best songs MGB has put out: "Raygun" and "Generation X-Wing". It's short, but it's sweet and next to "Beautiful Midnight", this is MGB at it's best."
