CD ReviewsJust killer Coronet Blue | California | 08/08/2010 (5 out of 5 stars) "Matt Schofield has the blues licks and jazz licks to really deliver. He's such a good, fast, accomplished player, its a bit like Robben Ford meets Alvin Lee. His band is great, too. His singing is fine. He doesn't sing like Greg Allman or Joe Bonamassa but that's ok by me. About the worst thing you can say about this guy is that when he plays Robben Ford licks, you cannot tell that its not Robben Ford. A thoroughly enjoyable album. If you like above average blues players like Chris Cain, Tommy Castro, Danny Castro, Carl Weathersby, Craig Erickson, you'll want to add Matt Schofield to the list."
