In just three years, Seattle's Massy Ferguson has earned a name for itself locally and internationally, playing memorable shows in front of packed venues in their hometown, entertaining U.S. troops in Germany and rocking alongside members of Phish and the Grateful Dead in Jaco, Costa Rica. Described as 'unapologetic rock americana,' this hard- working quartet has managed to play their brand of American roots rock to music listeners all over the world and also in their own backyard of the Pacific Northwest. Massy Ferguson recently released their much anticipated debut full-length album, Cold Equations, an 11-song LP which is starting to garner attention locally and overseas. Big things are on the horizon, the band was recently named one of Skope Magazine's 2009 Artists to Watch and was the Download of the Day at the highly influential WXPN radio (Philadelphia).
