Love it even if you don't speak Polish!

"I love this CD and I don't really even speak Polish. The music is evocative, from Kasa Sex with it's humor, to Dzis Prawdziwych Cyganow Juz Nie Ma and Niech Zyje Bal, with their melancholy and wistfullness. I love the music and the way the words sound, and when I translate the lyrics I remain impressed. I spent only a week in Poland but fell in love with the language, and Maryla speaks so clearly that I can always understand her even with my limited abilities in Polish. She also sings so evocatively that even without understanding the words, one still often understands what the music is about. Furthermore, I have two other Maryla CDs, and those also are great - with hardly a selection I don't enjoy!"
