"This cd is nothing more than a rehash of Flora's old information, which makes it especially bad since the old information itself was nothing new. No matter how she attempts to package her "techniques" they remain now, as they always have, nothing secret, nothing mysterious, just simple creative visualizations.



Take, for instance the "grounding technique." Much ado is made of this visualization, yet all one does is imagine some form of attachment (light, a cord, a waterfall, etc.) that attaches at the base chakra (the tip of the spine) and imagine that attachment extending from one's spine to the earth's core. That's it. That's all. Yet, Flora touts this simple visualization as something that must be "taught" not only in books and on cds, but also in the meditation "classes" that CDM offers for the low, low price of $200.



Flora enjoys marketing her material as revealed Christian mysteries and/or secrets, but in reality her information can be found for free on the internet. Better guided meditations can be found for free on the internet. In fact, an internet search will lead one to better information on meditation, grounding, kundalini, etc., than anything Flora offers.
