"LimboRemember David Straithairn from "Good Night and Good Luck"? Here he's the romantic lead, in a movie for intelligent people--a plot with lots of twists."
Keep loving Bruce, and pay attention in Mary Elizabeth!

"I remember when I first saw John Sayles's powerful and simbolic drama LIMBO. As soon as the final credits arrived in the screen, right after that devastating end, an unrecognizable Bruce Springsteen started to sing one of his mastearpeaces, LIFT ME UP. My God! What a song, and how wonderful was the Boss' capacity when it turns to be versatible. Sayles couldn't find a better way to crowd his best film. Impossible not to buy the soundtack, but also impossible was don't be surprised by Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio's terrific voice. I liked Mary Elizabeth in movies like THE ABYSS and THE COLOR OF MONEY, but now she's one my favorites. Try to listen her singing BETTER OFF WITHOUT YOU... I promised it'd be something to always remember. Please, Mary Elizabeth, record an album now!"
