"Marlee MacLeod combines witty lyrics, catchy pop hooks and the requisite jangly guitar sound to provide an album that hits you like a bourbon chocolate - sweet, but with a bite. And, like a good bourbon, it improves with age. If you're in the mood for something above the level of the usual pabulum on the radio, give it a try. Unfortunately, this artist will never get marketing anywhere near commensurate with her talents as long as she is recording on the TRG label out of Minneapolis. Buy this CD and give a starving artist a break!!"
