The covers are the slickest and best arranged I have heard on any smooth jazz CD. The originals are soulful, emotional, and meaningful, sometimes lighthearted, but never trite. Voice of the Heart in particular stands out and speaks to me; very sincere and passionate. The improvisation is at a very high level throughout, and the saxophone playing is masterful on soprano, alto, tenor, and baritone! The EWI playing is great, too.
