"To start off the mix, Manny Lehman goes the vocal route on this disc. Track 1 is the pretty overused Keep it Coming, but it's still a good track. His own track, track 2, a female vocal anthem, is slammin, I only wish it was longer than 4 minutes. We get a fairly long cut of Junior's mix of Vernessa Mitchell in theory, but it's nearly 2 minutes of filler beats before the vocals even come in. A couple of dubby, tribal tracks follow, and they definitely keep up the energy level instead of falling into a pit of repetition. Track 6, "harder", is a nasty little female vocal number. Hot. After that, it gets dark and progressive for a while, with few vocals, and ends of with 3 tracks that are funky and uplifting. Definitely a good mix of styles that blend together nicely. Track times are:
1. keep it coming part 2 (5:45)
2. can you feel my love (4:09)
3. trouble don't last always (6:41)
4. me interesa (3:38)
5. VIP (6:05)
6. harder (5:28)
7. believe (6:49)
8. plasmids (4:32)
9. revenge 2 (4:32)
10. lift me up (5:45)
11. Y2K + 1 (3:35)
12. sing out (5:03)
13. not much heaven (5:03)
14. touch the sky (6:48)"
