"I got this album out of the library on a whim, and was imediately struck by it. The arrangements are fun, complex and interesting. It is great to hear how someone can breath new life into the big band. I know really nothing about Ms. Souriau or her orchestra, but I hope they continue to record. If you're interested in an example of some nice directions jazz is going, check this out."
