"This first "live" recording by Lynn Anderson was worth the incredible wait!! First of all, she sings BETTER than ever, and proves it with every track!! The mixdown, and sound are A+, with the GREAT band, and background singers kept in their place, while LYNN'S voice is the focal point, as it SHOULD BE!!Her treatment of ALL the songs here are incredible. MANY surpass the studio recordings she made over 30 years ago!! Her "How Can I Unlove You" moved me, as I never really cared for her studio version. Her "Rocky Top", should be up there with the BEST versions. "Cry" makes you believe that nobody can sing this song like Lynn!!!Although she doesn't sing "The Auctioneer" she MORE than makes up for it with "I've Been Everywhere." After singing this song for over 30 years, her skills as an auctioneer are CLEARLY heard, leaving one breathless with it's impact!!! ALL the words ARE there, you just have to listen. "Someday Soon" and "Faithless Love" are the BEST versions I've EVER heard.Lynn, THANK YOU!! And to Razor and Tie for making this available to the WORLD. Just because a woman is over 30 DOES NOT mean that she cannot sing anymore. This album is the FRUITION of Lynn's career; great mood, tremendous voice, and arrangements!! FORGET the overdubbs of double vocals that were a trademark in the '70s for Susan Raye, Tammy Wynette, Loretta Lynn and Lynn!! Her voice takes care of ANY doubt you might have!!GRAB THIS!! It has not been off my player since I received it!!! A TRUE Country Legend at her VERY BEST!!SUSAN RAYE, are you listening?? We NEED a "live" album from YOU as well!!!"

"Lynn Anderson proves in this recording that nobody can come close to matching her talents in a live recording. There's not a lot of patter between songs . . . just enough . . . but the vitality and classic country soul in her voice really shine in this setting. "I've Never Loved Anyone More" will break your heart, and "Cry" is just the kind of knock-down-drag-out torch number Lynn's powerful voice was made for. You may not get to hear this on the radio 'cos they rarely play the "live" stuff, but this one is a real find! Brava, Lynn!"
