Album DescriptionDrawing his inspiration from the writings of Edith Wharton, Emily Bronte, and Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu "Dead Lovers Society" is a collection of 11 tracks that are reminiscent of baroque and classical style. "With this album I tried to focus on a certain historical time point- the Victorian Era " recalls Mr. Désar. "I started composing the first piece during a particularly bad New England blizzard and was imagining a hunter being lost in a moor 150 years ago during a blizzard and how his loved ones must have worried about him when he didn?t return. I called the piece Flight Across The Moor imagining his soul traveling across back to his home". When asked about the significance of the album title Mr. Désar replied "I titled this album Dead Lovers Society because most of the pieces dealt with either breaking up or losing a loved one. I felt that each of us has or will experience such an event in our lives and that to be human is like being in a society of people that had lost lovers. "
