"After hearing Marty Casey's songwriting on INXS Rockstars, TREES and TRY NOT (collaboration with Jordis Unga), I had to hear more of his music. He did not disappoint when I heard the LOVEHAMMERS- Murder on My Mind. You cannot sit still when you are driving down the highway with the volume cranked up. You are moving and singing with every song. Some people like the mellower sound of Marty now but I love his passion which comes out on this album. This album rocks. It is the perfect gift for your friends who like to rock and party. I plan on getting INXS tickets if the LOVEHAMMERS are opening for them. Hopefully, the LOVEHAMMERS will be on their own and we can watch the MAD CONDUCTOR rock the world!!"

"I, seriously, have not been excited about a band in at least ten years. And I'm irked that this killer band has been playing this amazing music for how long and we are just now hearing it? How sad. This. album. is. amazing. There is not a bad song on here, and I can't think of any album that I listen to all the way through except this one. You want a killer rock album? This is it. And if "This Town" doesn't make you want to leap around your house kicking over furniture, then you must be dead. Enjoy. :-)"

"Having watched Rockstar INXS this summer , I was truly dissapointed when INXS picked J.D Fortune ( although he was the one who reminded me most of Micheal Hutchens) but after buying Murder on My Ind, it becomes clear to me that he is right where he belongs, this album and band rocks plus we get to see them on the INXS Tour!!
The album starts with great a great song Tunnel "which has a "Nine Inch Nails" feel to it followed by "Eyes Can't See" which has a Soundgarden; Stone Temple Pilots sound however not in a copycat way but in more of an inspired by sense.
I could go on and on about everysong but they are all great, especially Clouds for those who loved Trees.
Marty Caseys Vocals are great, and highlight and enhance a great band, as the guitars and drums are all very tight. A Band that we will be enjoying for a very long time.
Do youreself a favor and get this album.

"I love the haunting voice of Marty Casey. Great mix of music - rock, alt, punk, grunge, and some innocence. Passion and hard hitting guitar. I love every song. Can't get enough of it. Will be one of my all time fav CDs."

"Where have your been all my life, Lovehammers?
After tuning in to RS:INXS to see the kick-arse House Band, this absolutely riveting blond sucked me in through the screen with the most intense stare and vocal style. Bought his band's CD "Murder On My Mind" to check them out and was blown away.
The disc starts out powerfully with 'The Tunnel', a song about leaving a relationship but wanting it to continue...holding on to the last threads. Lyrically, it is brilliant: Indian style on the bedroom floor, getting a kiss and wanting more, we all know how the story goes. The intensity with which it is performed reminds us that this song is personal, and Mr. Casey brings that importance to the recording.
The songs on this disc are mostly pure rock and roll that cannot be pigeon-holed into any particular style. It is fresh and energetic, but meaningful. Better Off Walk Away, Clouds, Call of Distress, are all songs that mean something, and they are pure energy. As a listener, you will feel the intensity behind the music, you will understand it, and you will love this CD. This disc has become my new favorite, and I hope you check it out.
Drop the Lovehammers a few dollars and give them a listen. You won't regret it, and you will be left wanting more."
