"This is one of the first contemporary Christian music albums ever released, and both the band and the album have had an influence out of all proportion to the length of time they were together. (Until the reunion album, which Amazon.com also carries, Love Song had only produced one other album, Final Touch, before breaking up.) Probably the best known, most often "covered" track on the album is "Little Country Church." The sound is what I privately term "California are tight, the music is toe-tapping, and the lyrics are clear. If you want to understand the history of CCM, you must have this album"
