A stalwart of the Australian Indie music scene, Tillett has played with Ed Kuepper, Tex Perkins, Damien Lovelock (Celibate Rifles) and Charlie Owen. Louis's band, The Wet Taxis gigged in Australia alongside Died Pretty, Celibate Rifles, Lime Spiders, Hoodoo Gurus and other similar '80s bands. Now he emerges in 2005 with The Hanged Man, a solo release in the truest sense. Recorded in Bangkok, it focuses squarely on his skills as a songwriter, producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist.
