"My son has historically taken a great deal of time getting to sleep at night. He takes on the stress and emotions of those around him in a day he is three and definitely needs help learning how to relax and de-stress. After playing the c.d. Indigo Dreams- Kids relaxation music my son's mood changed immediately and he sings with the dolphins then curls up in his bed. Noah will often be asleep before the first track is finished. I must admit it works well on me also as I often fall asleep also. I have also played it after he has had an upsetting experience which unfortunately happens a great deal as he is so sensitive. I would highly reccomend this c.d. to any parents I think they will find it extremely helpful."

"I just want to chime in about the love of this cd. I bought it for my 4 1/2 year old son to help relax at night. We've had a new baby in our family and I've noticed him more easily upset and irritated in the evening time. When we start his bedtime routing (reading books), we also start the cd. We leave his room at about 30 min. in, and he is out by the end of the cd. We can see him relax after the stories and before we leave. I also enjoy the cd. I'm glad I got it, I wasn't sure what to expect, exactly. He also has twilight sea turtle, and it's just quite cozy feeling in his room at bedtime now."

"After testing the CD's on my children, who are 7 and 9, I am going to start using this CD during Savasana in our kid yoga classes. I have already emailed several moms I know who are finding that their kids are already stressed out at school (and the year has just begun) to tell them to check out this CD for homework time or relaxation/meditation before bedtime."
