"I heard Liz Carroll perform a tune the first evening of Port Townsend Washington's annunal Old Time Fiddle Festival in 1998. After picking my jaw up off the floor I decided I had to sit in on her classes over the next week. This woman is an amazing player and a darn nice person. If you want to own just one of her CDs, this is probably the one to get. It's just Liz with the incomparably clean and steady accompaniment of Daith Sproule on guitar."
