"The music of Little Jack Melody and His Young Turks invites comparison to other bands such as the Squirrel Nut Zippers, but these comparisons are too narrow. LJM and the Young Turks are an acoustic quartet from Denton Texas, I first saw them at Seattle's Bumbershoot music festival in 1996 and fell in love with their music. These guys are a swinging combo, they can play anything from swinging jazz to circus music and do it well. If you like, tight, fast and well played acoustic music that's a lot of fun then check these guys out."
