Little Arthur Duncan - Live in Chicago!

"This album reminds one right away of Jimmy Reed at his peak. From the opening track "Mama Talk to Your Daughter" Arthur shows his harmonica and vocal virtuosity at a level that marks him as one of the best bluesmen alive today. The songs are well chosen, and relies on JB Lenoir, Muddy Waters and himself for the best set of tracks I have heard in a long time. Play the CD on Saturday or Sunday morning, it goes well with both. His sidemen are tight and ready, and provide a great frame for his work. I recommend this album and any other Duncan recordings you can get. His style and talent are examples of a dying art, and Arthur is a true orginal."
If you like Chicago blues, you will love this CD!
