"I can't believe that Liquido hasn't broken into North America yet. I mean, one day I'm downloading MP3's, I come across this song Narcotic, and in a few minutes I'm hooked. These guys have 3 albums out as of writing this and I've had to import them all at obscene prices. Need I mention that the only way to see them live is to fly to the other side of the world. If you're sick of all the garbage rock that the radio keep hitting us with and want something unique that you can get hooked on, this is it. This band has range & talent and will be international one day, you won't regret buying this album, I guarantee."
Hidden Deutsch Treasure

"Just from reading what others have said, I have to fully agree. I too found out about this group when I was in Germany this passed summer. They are very popular, and I know why. Their melodic vocals, simple yet soothing guitar/keyboard work, clever lyrics, and catchy songs will stick with you. This is definitely a hidden treasure that I believe could be VERY popular in the USA if they were to be discovered. Mark my words. In ways I hope they do get popular (for them), but concurrently hope they remain this great artifact of great European-isolated music. You'll love it, trust me."
A very impressive, unconventional style.

"The second release of the German band, Liquido, is even better then the first. From the emotional expressway that is Clicklesley (4) to the smashing keyboard that is Narcotic (7), and on to the reviving of the guitar that is Saturday Rocks, Liquido has it all. I suggest you purchase this CD. It may be a little expensive, due to the fact that it is an import, but it is well worth it."

"Liquido are one of Germany's best rock bands at the time, and if you listen to their self-titled debut, you'll know why. Their sound can best be described as fresh, energetic indie-rock, perhaps a little influenced by punk and new wave. Their first smash hit, "Narcotic", was on the radio for months - you'll find it on this record as well as the two other hit singles "Double Decker" and "Clicklesley" - all highly catchy, melodic, powerful rock songs. There are few weak points, and it's probably the best debut of a German rock group for years. Give it a try, you won't want to live without it anymore."
