"Hi.

I just purchased the dvd/cd combo of "Lionel Richie Live in Paris". When playing the dvd in dolby digital 5.1, I noticed there is virtually no sound coming out of the front left speaker. However, there is sound coming out of all the other speakers. Has anybody noticed the same problem? I've emailed Island records and am awaiting a response. Because of the sound defect, I've not been able to fully enjoy the concert.

"I have exchanges 3 different copies on the latest Lionel Richie - Live in Paris CD/DVD. All 3 copies DVD on the 5.1 Surround Sound doesn't have any sound coming out on left channel on the 5.1 Surround Sound. I have contact his record labels and they have e-mail me or contact me back at all. That's how they treat their fans."
