This special low priced double compact disc features not only one of Americas finest bands from the swing era Les Brown And His Band Of Renown, but also two of America's finest female vocalists, the notable Peggy Lee and Giselle MacKenzie. These rare live recordings were made for the 'National Guard Show' a series of short fifteen minute radio programs designed for inducing young men to sign up for National Guard duty. The discs feature forty tracks in total and an overall playing time of two hours.
