"I've always regretted that I never got to see Lee and his drummer Frosty at the Action House which they played on Long Island. This is a classic rock album with the wildest sounding organ playing you'll ever hear. The first side is a medley and it's brilliant. When they played live, it was just the two of them and Lee Michaels played the bass on the bass pedal. Beside his live album, this is the rawest, purest, basically recorded live in the studio. I still think this is clearly his best album."

"Finally, a fresh copy, my vinyl is so warped and scratchy.
If you never heard this stop reading and down load it now!
No one else comes close. B3 Organ at its finest, Lee puts so much expression into his work, its give you goose bumps...
"
One of the must haves!

"I first saw Lee and Rusty at the La Habra Fashion Square outdoors in about 1969. The concert was just like this album however, a little louder. It took Lee forever to get his mic set right at his B3. He was acting layed back and maybe a little stoned. The crowd was getting a little impatient and we were yelling get the s..t a flying. He finally sat down to the B3 ready to perform. He announced he was going to start off with something slow. Well I was standing on my chair. The stage was about 20 feet wide full of 6' tall blue Acoustic amps and then...bang..."Would you be happy" and man my head went into my stomach and knocked me off my chair with the velocity. I listened to the cd today while in the pool. Great pool music. Just have some great speakers and tell your guest you are going to play some calm music and have it cranked when you start playing it. But you have to listen to the whole drum solo on the cd but the end of the solo is great when that B3 starts screaming."
