CD reissue of this extremely rare and long out-of-print performance from 1963, the last time Bobby Hackett and Jack Teagarden collaborated. Most of the tunes are evergreen classics from both men's repertoires including 'St. James Infirmary', 'When It's Sleepy Time Down South', 'Struttin' With Some Barbecue' and 'My Funny Valentine'. Features six additional tracks taken from a Teagarden radio broadcast. 13 tracks total. RLR Records. 2006.

"Hi,

It is difficult not to give this less than 5 stars, for what fabulous music it is. Though I have heard the tunes many times before I simply never tire of them because they are always a bit different from previous ones. As for the musicians, well they are all so very good, it is simply a joy to hear them play. The best tune ? St. James Infirmary will do it for me. I certainly recommend this CD to anyone"
