"I wake in the morning and hit the ground running. My work is such that it is non stop from the moment I walk into my office until I turn off the lights at night. With the gentle flow of this CD I am able to relax between the office and home. It allows me to BREATH for the first time all day and leave it all behind me so that when I get home I am THERE for my family. It is also wonderful on those nights I can't get the thoughts out of my head enough to sleep. I just pop this into the player and drift off into the clouds. It's better then any sleeping pill on the market. I can't wait for the next one."
