A Taste A Tease - Great Single In front of a great new Album

"Ladytron's held back for a while since the release of "Light and Magic" and this single proves that they werent resting on their laurels. "Destroy everything you Touch" is a strong track that gets to you with its contstant wall of sound approach. The new album is sure to be a real suprise and I think as the band continues to mature they will be seen less as a "electroclash" fad band and seen more as true musical inovators withing in the sphere of rock. Holding on to their '80's feel this track isnt a total departure from their sound but definitely shows a progression. The mixes are pretty good and worth having for the hardcore fan. For all of us looking forward to next month's release of "The Witching Hour" this is a taste and a tease but the wait is not long now.

"I've been a fan of Ladytron ever since I heard "Playgirl" on a sampler cd years ago. I've seen this band and get better year after year. "Destroy Everything You Touch" is their best song to date, I instantly fell in love with the lyrics, and the music programming that goes along with it. The backgorund vocals are haunting and uplifting all at once. Electro has never sounded so beautiful before."
