CD Reviews
Sweet Victory

"Kristy Starling's first album is the sweetest debut album I've heard from a Christian artist in a long time. The variety on the album is refreshing, yet her vocal expertise remains throughout. Usually, if you buy a CD for the current radio release - you are disappointed because it is the only song on the entire album worth listening to - not with Kristy's album. The entire CD is enjoyable and refreshing. "Broken" is an amazingly powerful song full of truths not often heard or expressed. Kristy's voice is beautiful from start to finish and you don't tire of hearing it. I would highly recommend this album to anyone - of all ages. Kristy this is truly a sweet victory and we can't wait to hear more."
Best Voice Since Linda Ronstadt

"Since Linda Ronstadt, I had never found another female vocalist who captured my attention- until Kristy Starling. I absolutely love the sound of her voice - perfect control and pitch, and a spirit on fire for the Lord to boot. I listen to this CD over and over in my car, and never tire of it. Her voice is not only beautiful, but it is soothing, and never grates on your ears. She is sure to appeal to all audiences, and will succeed in acquainting all who listen to her with the saving grace of Christ. I look forward to her future CD's. Buy and enjoy this one!"

"After hearing Kristy Starling on the Today show and then finding out that she had been signed to Warner, I was looking forward to the her debut album. Now that I finally have it, I'm completely wowed. I had heard her single "Water" and thought it was a great song and the rest of the album follows suit. Each track is filled with a great message and a powerful voice. I highly recommend this album."
What a release!

"What a fantastic release! i guess there was some speculation as to whether or not the album (recorded in just a few weeks) would be any good coming straight off a thinly-guised ratings booster for the The Today Show. However, with the help of some truely brilliant producers such as David Foster & Richard Marx, the surprise Christian record stands strongly on its own. With not one dud track on the entire album, it is candy to the ear. In some tracks sounding very Nichole Nordeman there are the terrific ballads, the acoustically driven gems & more edgy rocky numbers.Standouts include 'As Long As We're Here', 'Must Have Been Angels', 'There Will Come A Day', 'Broken' & 'Water'"
