"The cd pictured is actually Vol 1 and only half of the set. There are 2 cd's to the original release which includes Vol 2 which includes Sunny Agternoon, All Day & all of the night, Who'll Be the Next in Line etc., which is now out of print. The 2 cd set includes all of their big hits. 10 songs on each CD. If you want the real thing make sure you are getting 2 cd's."

"If your objective is to only have "You Really Got Me" on CD, buy this disc. But for a little better retrospective of the Kinks' early years, buy the Greatest Hits package on Rhino, which covers the years 1964-1966."

A decent Kinks comp for the price you get

"For the amount of tracks you get and most of these are classics, you can't beat this disc for the price. Retro Music/St. Clair actually licensed these tracks from what was then Castle (now Sanctuary) and they actually used the master tapes for these tracks. It isn't the fault of Retro Music, it is the fault of the tapes which are not that high fidelity sounding anyway which is just fine for this kind of music. This is highly recommended for any Kinks fan."
