"Purrrrr....Kim Lenz is by far the best female rockabilly vocalist that I have heard. She is fab! This cd and 'the one and only' are both worth the $ and any rockabilly fan ought to have them in their music collection. CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT!"

"Kim Lenz and Her Jaguars in a very short time has become one of the most well respected rockabilly acts out there. Her record croons and hiccups its way into any greasers heart and stands tall in a male-dominated scene. This cute texan deserves a spot in your record collection."

"Isn't part of the joy of Rockabilly the mannered vocals? Kim is no more over the top than her male predecessors; I obviously disagree with some of the other criticism of this album. She doesn't reinvent rockabilly, all the better because she plays it really well. The album needs a little volume to be heard properly; some of the details get lost otherwise. If Big Sandy's "Feelin' Kinda Lucky" is a 5 star album (and to me, it is), this one is a four. But it definitely warrants repeated listenings, and is great for the morning drive. I'll be buying her followup"

"THIS IS ROCKABILLY! The elements are all here... Slap & click bass, chicken pickin twangin', and down home Texas singing. Raw and rockin', Kim pours her heart into every tune! Growling like a 351 churning on 110 proof whiskey, Howlin' like a solitary coyote during a hill country sunset. Stack this album right next to Elvis and Patsy.Hank Schyma"
A mighty fine lookin' gal ,and a mighty fine rockabilly band

"Kim can sing at least as good as she looks, and her band plays as authenticly 50's as they appear on the cover(a Gene Vincent inspired cover). The fact that Lenz went thru all the toruble to recreate Gene Vincent's original 50's lp cover, shows what kind of classy babe she is, and it also shows she ballsy enough to do it!!! She deserves credit for being the best female rockabilly singer in the business today. This cd is greta and I'm sure you'll play over and over again..."
