"The '80s new-wave sounding "Mr. Brightside" was far-reaching this year, going top 10 on three separate U.S. charts - the Hot 100 chart, the Modern Rock chart, and the Dance/Club chart. The Thin White Duke Mix on this single was the one very popular in clubs. While its not my favorite mix from "Jacques Lu Cont" (a.k.a. Stuart Price - Madonna's producer), its still makes a good alternate version of this single. And without a doubt if your a Killers fan you need this single as a collector's item or if you're new to the band this is the single to start with - the band's definitive song."
