"When I first listened to Kheops's "Sad Hill" some three years ago, I was struck by his ingenuity in selecting original beats and incorporating a good majority of the southern French rap scene. With this follow-up/update, he again produces a satisfying album, interweaving the recently-proclaimed internationally compatible Les Nubians with a sequel track involving Sunz of Man (who appeared on the most recent IAM album "L'Ecole du Micro D'Argent," which is a *MUST-HAVE*), "La Saga 2000." This album, if nothing else to the newcomer, can indubitably serve as a relatively broad introduction to the "South Coast" flavor of contemporary French hip-hop."
