Organic Minimialistic Tones

"Drumm who has after some time carved his own niche behind the shadows of Chicago's avant-garde (most predominantly Jim O'Rourke), has briefly put aside his table-top guitar and has instead introduced or re-introduced us to the organ. This is a monumental work (probably only surpassed by his self-titled table-top guitar album on Peredition Plastics). Long drawn out distorted chordal-tones sustained for amazingly long periods are only seperated by some fractured electronic blippery resembling sounds from the likes of Pan Sonic & Ryoji Ikeda. Another great Moikai release..."
Fascinating, dense drone and feedback

"Drumm abuses his guitars in many staggering ways, including magnets, toe-nail clippers, chains - and the collection of this abuse works wonderfully on Comedy. I think 'Comedy' is an apt title for this record, but can't really go into detail as to why, but it works. 'Second,' and 'Just like a Parvenu,' present some unforgettable drones and tonal feedback. 'Organ' and its follow up 'Organ Returns (slight difference)' are Drumm's tracks with Jim O'Rourke, and they have the harshest playing-song structure to them. Ambient death metal if you will. This is now an absolute favorite."
