"I still like this debut that Keith Washington did in 1991. Very smooth R&B songs that recall the era when male singers sang their songs with class. Nettlesby and Coffey and some other producers provided Washington with such gorgeous, classy songs. Kissing You is reminiscent of the Nat King Cole era of the '50s a little bit when you hear it. It's like he did it with an orchestra. I still like All Night, Ready, Willing and Able and When You Say You Love Me (is that the right title?). Much of the album stays on the mid tempo to ballad vibe, no trendy Usher or Bobby Brown-like flashy songs or a guest rapper's appearance like what works and sounds good to some artists now. This is the album Luther Vandross should have made, but Keith beat him to it in the same year when they both had competing albums! He only made 3 albums in the '90s, but this is undeniably his best one!"

"Maybe you remember "Kissing You" from this CD. Well every song on this CD is THAT good. It still holds up extremely well more than 10 years later."

"I can't believe I'm reviewing this only now, after having it in my possesion for all of these years. I love this now as much as I did when I first got it, because back in this music period, this is when the best RnB singers were doing their thing and the music was at it's best (especially this Quiet Storm genre). Keith Washington is so unbelievably under-rated and incredibly talented. His music and his voice are incredible and this is one of my favourite RnB cds ever. Are You Still In Love With Me and Closer, are fantastic songs that I still love to sing along with. He sings with emotion and silkiness in his voice and if you love RnB, you should already own it - if you don't - go get this now. He's great and on a very similar par with Peabo Bryson, Luther Vandross and Gerald Alston. I highly recommend this to any Quiet Storm fan."

"Of the two R&B lovermen named Keith who were domiant in the early nineties one would of thought that Keith Washington would have more longevity as Washington was the more talented of the two. Washington was a smooth ballader in the vein of Jeffery Osborne & Luther Vandross a singer whose music you light some candles, cook dinner for your lady and let the CD ride out. Kissing You is without a doubt one of the best R&B songs ever."
