Album DescriptionGood time Rock and Roll is what this NEW record from Keith Sykes emotes. Keith cuts some tracks that take us back to his rockin' Memphis roots. Not a recording to sit by the fire with, it offers its own warmth and a good blanket of frolicking tunes. Keith lets it loose the only way a guy who wrote hits for Jimmy Buffett, Rodney Crowell and Guy Clark could, with "Old Rockin Roller". While "Tearing the House Down" co-written with Todd Snider keeps ya rockin. Keith writes with some of the best. The roster reads like a whoÂ?s who of songwriters. Danny Flowers (Tulsa Time) jointly crafted "Thats The Way You Do It". Roger Cook ("Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress") co-penned "Midnight Tupelo" and "You Can't Lie About Love". Then there is Django Walker, Jerry Jeff Walker's progeny, who co-wrote "Old Rock and Roller" and "Wake Up Sleepy Head". The Title Track, "Let It Roll" co-written with Ted Thompson twists the disc up in a fine package. More Music That Deserves to be Heard from Fat Pete Records.
