"This is a must have cd. I have been listening to Keith Sykes for over 25 years. You probably heard alot of the songs he has written if you listen to Jerry Jeff Walker, Rodney Crowell, Jimmy Buffet, John Prine, Rosanne Cash, and several other songwriter magnets. This cd reflects keith's defiance to be placed into any musical genre in my opinion. He has come to full maturity in his songwriting and performing. Sometimes he sounds vocal wise a little like Jackson Browne and sometimes a little like the Everly Brothers and well then he sounds just like Keith Sykes. Keith is a very under rated musician as he finds his self well around the guitar(understatement) and he writes circles around average songwriters which is why he carries the company that he does. This cd has several different kinds of arrangements and is very diversified as it reflects his experienced and underated production ability. This guy is the real thing and he kicks ass. Catch him live if you can. Buy anything you can find by this guy as it is all good. He has had something in the billboard 100 the last 24 of 25 years either as a songwriter, performer or producer. If you can find Jed and Kelley(Lose to Win) pick it up it is absolutely dynamite and cathes Keith at his best producing ability. The only way you can go wrong with buying or hearing Keith Sykes Music is to wait!!!Ben R."
