"She is from venezuela and she stated a new style in the way of performing the songs. Thousands of fans loved her songs ,she jumped from singing to acting,because of her inusual fame and succesful,that's why she almost was forced to incursionate in her first Soup Opera. That's the way latin artists remark their suc- cesful in their countries,or in less cases, they become T.V.show's hosts. She interrumped her carrer when she got married but she has promissed to come back to all her fans. Her latest record was released in 1995. The songs compilated at the "Platino" album are not the best,but they can show to the listener the Karina's way of feel the music and sing about the Love and Sadness."

"Hi karina fans.. i have the experience of enjoy one of his presentations in Venezuela, and; what i could tells you..!Was a great moment, specialy why was mi firts time when i saw she "live". KARINA in the eighteens, become a truly and sucessfull balad-pop star in Venezuela. I was a part of that moments, that make me cry, make me jump, make me overwhelm in my emotions, every time that i just sagn his songs. In a simply (but strongly filled in emotions for me) presentation at the C.A.M.L.B. (stands for Lia Bermudez Maracaibo Art's Center) the past December 6, Karina revives the emotions and feelings of over 700 fans that assist to become with the 80's in his show, one of many around Venezuela. Songs like that many of this compilation was singed wihtout any voice over or change, of track behind by this Peruan borned girl, but servant all his life in Venezuela, clearly revived with real and vivid voice, that haven't not to envy in the past... i could said that "MORE" cause i heard live in concert. Congratulations Cynthia Karina by the show and many much thanks for let me remember mi young times, over all was mi first time when i see you LIVE...! Great show, great disc, Great VOICE...!"
