"Man, I'm seein' a lot of good reviews for this CD, but also a lot of really stale ones, and I can't figure out why. Jumpsteady is in my opinion one of the most creative rappers on Psychopathic. While he doesn't really think of rap as a career, and is more of a behind the scenes kinda guy, he can really put out some dope stuff when he puts his mind to it. What I like is that he raps about things EVERYONE can relate to. There's gangster songs, nerd songs, fantasy songs, songs about chicks, murder raps, all that! Who else do you see spittin' rhymes about Dungeons and Dragons?! Nobody, that's who. So give this album a try. You might like it.
Standout Tracks:
13th Skull- SWEET storytelling aspects. Probably one of the coolest song intros I've ever heard.
If- More great storytelling. I love how the verses repeat and change different things about the situation.
Master of the Flying Guillotine- Straight up cool song. Great beat, love the chorus.
Dungeon Master- Once again, anyone who raps about DnD must be totally cool."
Jumpsteady Put A Lot of Effort Into This One

"Sure, Jumpsteady may not be the greatest at rapping on Psychopathic...he doesn't even really consider himself a rapper, but he really puts his heart and mind into what he does. Master of the Flying Guillotine deffinatly has a lot of highlight tracks. The most notable to me are : "Master of the Flying Guillotine", "Ima", "My Mans an Them", "Spur of the Moment", and "Crazy Straight". The guest appearances for the most part were also some of the highlights of the album. Myzery tares it up on "My Mans an Them" and Delusional (Jump's hypeman) does a great job on "Spur of the Moment". J makes an appearance on "Ima" which isn't bad although it sounds like it was written on the spot. Down sides of the album were that I did not find the second half of the CD to be as enjoyable. And as much as I know he loves to feature his daughter and all that stuff, "Battlefield" was pretty irritating (much more so than her hidden track on his first CD). Master of the Flying Guillotine was also missing the political tracks that made The Chaos Theory so great. Over all, I liked The Chaos Theory better since it was more consistant and had more meaning to me, but I give Jumpsteady credit for trying something new. Hey, anyone who can make tracks about being a nerdy teen playing Dungeons and Dragons is obviously real and unashamed of who they are...and I give much props to that."

Jumpsteady makes an impressing "debut" album...

"Alright, i know this isn't his debut, but as a full-length debut it is. Chaos Theory was his debut EP & this is his full LP debut. When i picked this album up i wasn't expecting much. I liked Chaos Theory but only because of a few things: (1) the "Ninjas In Action" track, which IMO, made the whole album worth buying (2) the fact that it was something original since up to that point we hadn't heard anything from the other Bruce brother & (3) it was 9 tracks & over half of them were very good.
I thought this album (Master of the Flying Guilotine) would be filled with guest appearences & would really be a disappointment overall but it really turned out to be the complete opposite of that.
1. Intro - n/a
2. Master of the Flying Guillotine (4/5) - Very good title track. Kind of sets the scene for the whole album.
3. Ima (5/5) - IMO this is one of the best on the album. A track w/ J would seem necessary & its amazing how well they go together. This is up there with "Juggalo Family" & "Homies" as one of the best juggalo anthems.
4. If (4/5) - It's alright, kind of annoying chorus but the storytelling aspects are good.
5. Crom skit - n/a
6. Revenge (5/5) - I really like this track it has a cool feel to it & the storytelling is cool.
7. My Mans an Them (4/5) - The other guy in the track outshines Jumpsteady IMO but this is still a good track.
8. Spur of the Moment (5/5) - Good track, nothing much else to be said.
9. Crazy Straight (4.5/5) - The first thing i noticed about this track is that it strangely resembles Joe Budden's song "Ma Ma Ma". It's one of the better ones on the album but it's way too short & the part where he says "Foo-shug-a-lug-a-whoo" takes away from the track IMO.
10. Battlefield (?/5) - Alright, i know he likes showing his daughters talent but i just don't think this album was the place to put this song. It doesn't fit at all & it sounds so out of place. I like Samantha but she should have her own album or be on some other CD besides this one.
11. There She Was (4/5) - Nice track, has a different feel than the rest of the album so its good.
12. Universal Air Stance (5/5) - This is one of my favorites for some reason. The mixing & the beat are awesome & i just like the track overall (even if it doesn't have any real lyrics).
13. Sonar skit - n/a
14. Dungeon Master (5/5) - This track is just good overall, nothing else to be said.
15. Amy's Ghost (5/5) - Awesome sequel to the track that we all know. Kind of short but one of the best on the album.
16. The Obsolete Man (4/5) - Eh, it was good but kind of forgottable.
17. Thirteenth Skull (5/5) - This is one of the weirdest tracks i have ever heard. Stretching it out to 10 mins. is kind of useless but i like most of the song.
18. True Stories II (4/5) - Not as good as the OG one.
